How to Request a Refund

If the item is within the refund window, you will see the option.

Funds returned to your original payment method
Refunds typically reflect within 5-7 business days through Razorpay or Stripe.

Not Eligible
Purchases beyond the refund window, donations, and consulting bookings (which follow a separate cancellation policy).
Why these windows?
Courses and tutorials need time to evaluate, so we offer a 3-day window to review the curriculum, watch a few lessons, and decide if the content is right for you. Books are smaller, faster to assess, and once read, the value has been delivered, so we offer a 1-day window for buyers remorse or accidental purchases. This balance keeps the policy fair for both readers and the platform.
