Privacy Policy

None. TivraX does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on servers operated by us. There are no user accounts, no login systems, no usage analytics, no crash-reporting services, no advertising identifiers, and no tracking pixels.

You may import PDF or EPUB files into TivraX. These files, the text extracted from them, the audio rendered from that text, your bookmarks, and your listening position are stored:

• On your device, in the app's private storage, encrypted with a per-device AES-256 key held in your iOS or macOS Keychain.
• In your personal iCloud Drive container, only if you have iCloud Drive enabled. We never see, access, or process this data. Your iCloud account is governed by Apple's iCloud Privacy Policy.

TivraX uses on-device AI for narration and translation:

• Apple's Translation Framework, with on-device language packs you download via iOS.
• Apple Intelligence Foundation Models, where available on supported Apple Silicon devices.
• MLX-Swift language models (Qwen, Gemma) running locally via Apple's Metal framework.
• Kokoro neural voices via CoreML, running on the Apple Neural Engine.
• Apple's built-in speech synthesis (AVSpeechSynthesizer).

All AI processing happens on your device. No text, audio, or metadata is sent to any external AI service, including OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, or any other third party.

TivraX makes network requests only in these cases:

• First-launch model download. The optional Kokoro neural voice model (around 170 MB) downloads from Hugging Face when your device is on Wi-Fi. Hugging Face's privacy policy applies to that single transfer.
• Optional MLX model downloads. Larger language models (Qwen, Gemma) download from Hugging Face only if you opt into advanced narration features.
• Apple Translation language packs. Apple's Translation Framework downloads language packs through the operating system, governed by Apple's own privacy controls.

No telemetry, no usage statistics, and no crash reports are transmitted from TivraX to us or any third party.

If you use iCloud Drive sync, Apple Watch pairing, CarPlay, or any other Apple operating system feature integrated with TivraX, those features are governed by Apple's own privacy practices, not ours. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

TivraX is a native iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, and macOS application. It does not use cookies, web storage, browser fingerprinting, or any similar tracking technology. This website (vinodsharma.in/tivrax) does not set any tracking cookies either.

TivraX does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. Because we collect no personal data at all, there is nothing about anyone, child or adult, for us to store, delete, or correct on our servers. Those servers do not exist.

Under GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), DPDPA (India), and similar regulations, you have the right to access, correct, port, or delete personal data a company holds about you. We hold none. To delete data stored on your device, delete the TivraX app from your device. To delete iCloud-synced data, sign in to iCloud.com, open iCloud Drive, find the TivraX folder, and delete it.

Because TivraX does not collect or transmit any personal data, there is no international data transfer to disclose.

If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this URL. Material changes will be summarized in the app's release notes on the App Store.
