Terms of Use

Vinod Sharma ("we", "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use official builds of Tivra Audiobooks on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not: (a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the software; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices; (d) use the software to develop a competing product; (e) use the software in violation of applicable law.

Tivra Audiobooks, including its source code, compiled binaries, machine-learning model integrations, designs, icons, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Vinod Sharma. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Third-party components incorporated into the software remain governed by their respective licenses.

You retain all rights to the PDF, EPUB, and other content you import into Tivra Audiobooks. We do not claim any ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you import (copyright, licensing, and so on).

If you obtained Tivra Audiobooks through the Apple App Store or Mac App Store, your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where Apple's EULA conflicts with these Terms, Apple's EULA controls for App Store distributions.

Our handling of any data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Tivra Audiobooks is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Vinod Sharma be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of Tivra Audiobooks.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate your license at any time without notice if you fail to comply with these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete it from your devices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Tivra Audiobooks shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of Tivra Audiobooks after a change constitutes acceptance.
